    Hmm, I looked at Resurrection, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with WP 2.3.2. It doesn’t have widgetized sidebars, and requires the UTW plugin (doesn’t work in the latest WP since tags are now supported). Too bad, it is a nice dark theme otherwise.
    Some of the rest, though, wow. Great collection for a theme addict like me. Thanks!

    I think these are all great themes.

    I’ve never used wordpress or any other blogging system so I may be out of my element.

    However, this is a web design blog. Are you posting these themes suggesting that they be used or as inspiration?

    I’ve always been a Smashing reader and I plan to continue to be.

    I just don’t understand the point of having post and post of free and “Amazing”, “Beautiful”, “Fresh and Clean” wordpress themes.

    Why can’t someone just to a black and white blank theme with an easy to read style sheet for all the noobs?

    It’d take a lot less time to get your blog up and running if you didn’t have to strip all of the excess stuff out of the default/kuberic theme.
